Bible Study: Bible Study has begun a new program focusing on the Nicene Creed using Father Ben Wyatt’s 2025 text Christ and the Council. Father Ben, the Priest-in-Charge at Nativity Episcopal Church in Indianapolis, will provide study questions. The book is available from the publisher, on Amazon, and in local book stores. All classes will be held on Sunday mornings from 9-9:45 AM in the Conference room just off the Narthex. The full schedule of readings is available at the Bible Study webpage. All are welcome! Please direct questions to Stephen and Kristine Canter via the church office. admin@hfec.org
Food Pantry Challenge: In support of the Delaware Township Food Pantry, Holy Family parishioners are invited to donate canned goods, oats, snacks, tomato sauce, jello mix, canned fruit, sugar, oil, flour, crackers, dried beans, crunchy peanut butter, beef stew, minute rice, canned pasta, and corn bread mix. For a list of items that the food pantry especially needs, click HERE or use their Amazon wish list. Donations can be dropped off in the baskets near the coat racks in the church lobby during Sunday worship hours. Please direct questions to Sharon Keller via the church office. admin@hfec.org
Hospitality Hosts Wanted: Holy Family’s hospitality coffee hour gatherings following the 8 AM and 10 AM services are being reorganized in an effort to better welcome visitors and provide a warm environment for fellowship. Hospitality Hosts are needed to lead this important ministry! Hosts are responsible for making and serving coffee and lemonade as well as cleaning up. They may provide snacks, but this is not required. In an effort to increase participation in this wonderful ministry, each family is being asked to sign up to host hospitality once per program year. For those who regularly attend the 8 AM service, please speak with Senior Warden Kay Mulhall. For the 10 AM service, a Hospitality Host schedule is ready, so please check your calendar and choose the Sunday that works best for you! Whether you are new and want to learn more or are a returning Hospitality Host, please speak with Father Frank to make sure you are added to the contact list. frfrank@hfec.org
