Blood Drive 2019
On Sunday, February 10th. Holy Family hosted a community blood drive in the parish hall. Congregation members and volunteers from the community participated. As a fun twist, Father Bruce and Ben Paden recorded the podcast for the following Sunday during the event. Boy Scout Sunday 2019
On Sunday, February 10th, Holy Family celebrated Boy Scout Sunday. The Boy Scouts of America designates the Sunday that falls closest to February 8th (Scouting Anniversary Day) as Scout Sunday, which is the primary date to recognize the contributions of young people and adults to Scouting. Father Bruce blessed scouts and scout leaders in attendance from Troops 199 and 109 during the 10 AM service.
Coffeehouse Talent Show 2019
On Friday, February 8th, members and parents from Holy Family’s Youth Group held its third annual Coffeehouse Talent Show fundraiser. Money raised at this event supports mission work of Holy Family’s youth. Performers sang, danced, played piano, told jokes, and narrated art pieces. Game Night with DOK

Winter Outing 2019
On January 27th, members of Holy Family’s youth group and friends took to the slopes at Perfect North in southeast Indiana for a day of fun and fellowship. The trip was chaperoned by Youth Director Marty Blake and parent Susan Luce. The students had the opportunity to participate in tubing, skiing, and snowboarding. A fun time was had by all! 2019 Annual Meeting
Despite frigid temperatures outside, Holy Family held its annual meeting in the comfortably-warm sanctuary today at 9 AM thanks to a new HVAC system. Among other business items, the congregation members elected new vestry members and delegates to Diocesan Convention. Special thanks are extended to outgoing vestry members Susie Beard, Ian Johnston (youth member), Ben Paden, and Debbie Talbert.
